A slower class on a busy week

Why Mobility is slow by design, and how it fits into a week with other classes.

A woman lies on a white floor and lifts her hips into a bridge, with sunlight falling across the room.

Not every class needs to be fast. Mobility is slow by design: you move the spine, hips and shoulders through their range, supported by a foam roller and a strap, and finish with a longer stretch.

What happens in the class

  • Slow movement through the spine, hips and shoulders.
  • Supported positions with a roller and a strap.
  • A longer stretch at the end of the class.

Fitting it into your week

Some people take Mobility on the days between faster classes. Others book it on its own, on a day when a full reformer or strength class does not fit. It is open to every level, from beginner to advanced.

Making the most of a slow class

  • Move at the pace the instructor sets, even when it feels slow.
  • Use the roller and the strap as supports, not as extra work.
  • Stop where a stretch feels strong but steady, and breathe there.

Mobility runs in the morning, at midday and in the evening. The schedule shows the next times.
