About this class

A steady introduction to the reformer. The instructor shows you how to set the springs, the footbar and the headrest, then builds a sequence of footwork, bridging, arm work and simple core exercises. Each exercise is explained before you try it, and the pace leaves time for questions.

How booking works

  2. 2Choose a membership. Each booking uses one class credit.
  3. 3Book a Reformer Foundations class. Cancel up to 12 hours before it starts to get the credit back.

When a class is full you can join the waitlist. If a place opens, the first person on the waitlist is booked and a class credit is used at that moment.
